Please fill out this form if you live in the States of CA, CT, IL, MA, NY, NJ or if you are registering as a Licensed Ammunition Vendor. We do our best to review the information and approve accounts within 48 hours. Submissions that are sent on weekends may require additional time for review. Once your account has been activated, your account will remain active for as long as your credentials remain valid. Upon expiration of your credentials, you must resubmit updated information.
