Is this item in stock or will it be backordered?
Can you notify me when this item will be back in stock?
Yes. Please navigate to the out of stock item on our web store. Enter your email address in the box under "Notify me when this product is available" and click SEND. You will receive an email when this item comes back in stock.
Is your ammo legit, new ammunition?
Yes. We purchase all of our ammunition from known manufacturers. All ammunition comes in factory packaging and has never been used. We do not sell, nor have we ever sold, reloads.
Are these products reloads or seconds?

Are ammo shipments double boxed or packaged to obscure the contents?
Double boxing depends on what you order. Some products are shipped in the original factory cases, but all verbiage is covered. We are required to ship all packages containing ammunition with the DOT (dangerous goods) label, but other than that, the packages are unmarked. If you have a request for double boxing of your order, you may leave a request in the "Order Notes" field in your cart and we will do our best to accommodate.
Can you give me a shipping estimate?

Do you ever offer free shipping?
Occasionally we offer free shipping on certain items and/or publish discount codes for free shipping. If we are offering a free shipping deal, you will not be charged shipping on the promotional items in your cart, however, you will still be charged for shipping on items not covered under the promotion. Please note free shipping offers are usually offered for case quantities of product.
Can you provide specific delivery notes for UPS if I submit these instructions in the NOTES field with my order?
No, unfortunately we cannot provide specific delivery instructions/location (e.g. west side of garage) to UPS. We suggest you sign up for UPS' free service, MyChoice, https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page;to have the ability to request such specific delivery notes and/or reroute your order to a local UPS center for pickup.
I recently placed and order and was sent a tracking number, however it says that my package has not been picked up yet. I'm just wondering what the status of my order is and when I can expect it to arrive?
We send out shipping confirmations after your order has been labeled and packed for shipment. UPS picks up our outgoing shipments daily (in the later afternoons). While they are suppose to report scans/tracking information along the way, we have seen instances where origin scans are missed, thus leading to missed tracking data. In these instances, we apologize, but we cannot provide further information about your package. You may contact UPS directly to see if they have any additional information. Depending on your location, you should expect your order to arrive within 5 business days of shipment. PLEASE NOTE: Saturdays/Sundays do not count towards UPS' transit times. All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.
I live in Las Vegas, can I pickup my order to save on shipping?
No, our warehouse is not open to the public. We do not offer local pickups.
I received my package and it is damaged, what do I do?
While it doesn't happen often, sometimes packages are damaged in transit. Please send us an email to sales@bonefroggunclub.com, with photos of your damaged shipment; please be sure to include your order number in this message. We will initiate a claim with UPS. You may receive a call from UPS, verifying the claim. Do not discard the damaged items or any of the original packaging. UPS may want to inspect the damage in person; if you do not provide all original contents it may result in delay and/or denial of your claim. BFGC will not replace or issue credits for damaged shipments if proof of damage is not provided. We will work closely with UPS to resolve your damage claim as quickly as possible.
My package was lost in transit or it was mis-delivered. I never received my package, what do I do?
Please send us an email to sales@bonefroggunclub.com right away, notifying us that you didn't receive your package; be sure to include your order number. Sometimes packages are mis-delivered and if notified immediately, UPS can find your package and deliver to you the same or next day. If you prefer you may contact UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877. Once UPS opens a lost package investigation, please allow at least 3-5 business days for them to attempt to locate the package. If, after 5 business days, UPS is unable to locate the package, we will send out a replacement right away. If the item/s needing replacement are out of stock, we will issue a refund.
Do you require Adult Signatures for deliveries?
No, this is not a requirement. However, you may add Adult Signature service at checkout, for an additional $6.50 charge.
Can I have my package shipped to my PO Box or Mailbox at a Postal Store?
No. We are prohibited from shipping ammunition to PO Boxes, UPS Stores, Postal Stores or other bulk mailbox locations; you must provide us with a physical shipping address. If your package is shipped to a mailbox location, and is returned to us, BFGC will not be responsible for shipping charges. You will be charged for all shipping fees associated with the shipment and return of your package.
I just received my shipping confirmation email and there is an error in my shipping address. Can you fix this?
If I order ammo, which carrier do you use for delivery?
UPS MyChoice Driver Release/Redirect.
Please note, Bone Frog Gun Club (BFGC) has requested that UPS not allow Driver Release of packages being delivered to Non-Driver Release addresses. Opting for Driver Release of packages nullifies our liability/insurance for these packages. Should you opt for Driver Release of a package originating from BFGC, and somehow UPS allows this to happen, understand that BFGC will not be responsible should your package be stolen and will not be able to replace the items in your shipment. You may, however, opt to redirect your package to a local distribution center for pickup. According to UPS guidelines, ammunition cannot be shipped to UPS Stores.
Can I have this shipment held at the UPS local terminal for my pickup?
In order to make changes to the delivery of your package or to have it held at your local access point, please login to or sign up for the UPS MyChoice system. This allows you to view inbound and outbound packages to your home address, request package delivery to a neighbor, add delivery instructions for your driver, and more.
Once logged into MyChoice you will be able to track and manage all of your UPS shipments using the tracking number.
PAYMENTS | REFUNDS
Can I use multiple forms of payment for an order? Can I split my order total between 2 different credit cards?
If you are paying for your order with a BFGC Gift Card, then YES, you may redeem multiple gift cards for the same purchase. However, we are unable to process multiple payments (use more than 1 credit card) for an order.
I purchased ammunition from your site not too long ago and now the price is lower. Will you give me a credit?
If your order has already shipped, then no. We cannot give you a credit. While we appreciate your patronage, our listed pricing is based on the negotiated price of our inventory. Typically our pricing changes when we receive a new batch of product at a lower price, therefore we will not make price adjustments or give credits for previously purchased product. If pricing changes on an item before your order is shipped, please send us an email to sales@bonefroggunclub.com ?subject=Price Adjustment">sales@bonefroggunclub.com, with your order number and we will determine if can make an adjustment.
My member discount wasn't applied to my order. Can you please credit me?
Our system will not allow the use of multiple discount codes in one transaction; Discount codes don't stack. If you are logged in as a member and getting member pricing on your order, you can't also use a discount code coupon. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.
Additionally, if you are not logged in at the time of checkout or if your membership has not yet been approved at the time of your order, you will not realize member pricing and credits will not be given retroactively.
ORDERING
How come I cannot order the desired quantity of an item? I receive a message like this during checkout, "Inventory issues...Some products became unavailable and your cart has been updated. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
We do not backorder items. If you are attempting to order more of an item than we have in stock, you will receive this message. You will only be allowed to order a maximum of the quantity remaining in our inventory.
There is a discrepancy with my order; I received the wrong item/s or something is missing. How can this be fixed?
While we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes mistakes happen. If you haven't received what you ordered, please take a photo of the package, as you received it, preferably with all packing material included. Attach the photo in an email to us and please be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will investigate with our shipping team and determine the best course of action to fix the error. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Do you offer discounts for Law Enforcement or Military?
To thank you for your service, we offer FREE Lifetime Memberships to all Active-Duty Military, Veterans, First Responders (Paramedic/EMT/Firefighter), Law Enforcement (current/retired). Please register with us today to receive exclusive, members-only offers and discounts up to 20% off our standard, retail pricing.
NOTE: Not all products are discounted. Deepest discounts on case quantities of premium ammunition. Most members realize value of membership within 1-3 purchases. Average discount value is 10% off.
I accidentally ordered the wrong product, can you please update my order and bill my card the difference?
Customers are able to Cancel/Edit their order, using the Cancel/Edit link displayed in the Order Confirmation Email and Order Summary Page for up to 2 days, or prior to order fulfillment, whichever occurs first. If the Cancel/Edit links are disabled, that indicates that your order has been fulfilled and we are unable to make changes to your order. Due to our strict quality and safety standards, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on ammunition.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
It depends on the item and quantity, however, yes, we can typically offer a discount on quantities of 20 cases or more of the same product or partial/full pallet orders. Please email sales@bonefroggunclub.com if you are interested in a bulk order.
We also offer wholesale pricing to dealers that can provide a valid resale certificate.
I wasn't charged sales tax on my last order but now my cart shows tax. Did something change?
It's likely since your last order that we have met the Nexus for sales tax in your State and we are now obligated to collect sales tax.
Can I use a discount code with member pricing?

Do I have to become a MEMBER to shop at your store?
No, however, by becoming a member you will enjoy special members-only offers and up to 20% off general retail prices. Typically premium defense and Bone Frog branded ammunition is most highly discounted; not all products will be discounted. Members must be logged in to view member pricing.
If you are applying for a FREE Lifetime membership or if you reside in a Restricted State (CA,CT,DC,IL,MA,NJ, or NY); you must purchase a membership first, before you can access member products and pricing. Our team will verify your credentials and then you will get an email notification when your membership is approved. You won't qualify for member pricing until your membership is approved and your account is activated.
If you reside in a Restricted State and do not want to purchase a membership, we still require you to register with us prior to purchasing ammunition items.
How much does a membership cost?
I purchased a membership and ammunition in the same order, how come I didn't get member pricing?
You must complete your membership purchase BEFORE adding any other items to your cart. This registers you in our system as a MEMBER and qualifies you for member pricing and benefits. After registering, you must log in to view member pricing.
If you add other items to your cart, along with your membership, you will not get member pricing on those items in your cart. Please note if you are purchasing a membership and you reside in a restricted State (CA, CT, IL, MA, NJ, NY) or if you are registering for a FREE Lifetime Membership, we must review your credentials and approve before your membership is activated. This can take 24-48 hours to complete. We will not give credits for items purchased BEFORE your membership is activated.
Who qualifies for a FREE Lifetime Membership?
BFGC offers FREE Lifetime Memberships to all Active Duty Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement Officers (Active/Retired) and First Responders (Paramedic/EMT/Firefighter). Qualifying identification is required for approval.
Examples of qualifying identification: Veteran or Military ID, VA Choice card, VFW Membership card, Honorable Discharge Certificate, LEO or First Responder ID and/or badge.
*Please note spouses of veterans do not qualify for a free membership. Free memberships must be registered in the name of the veteran. Thank you!
When does membership pricing go into effect?
If you want to realize member benefits, please be sure to purchase your membership FIRST, independent of any products. Your account must first be tagged MEMBER before you will receive member pricing. If you are registering for a FREE Lifetime Membership or reside in a restricted State, someone from our team must review your membership submission prior to approval. This can take 24-48 hours to complete and you will receive and email notification when your membership is approved. Please be sure to monitor your spam folder as these messages are often filtered there.
Can I stack a discount code on top of member pricing?

We delete personal documents from our datasites regularly, however, we are required to retain ID for shipping to restricted States such as FOID, LE IDs, Firearms Licenses, etc.
