You must upload valid credentials (see Shipping to Restricted States page for details) for membership approval if you reside in a restricted State; credentials will be verified before you can order at member prices. You will receive an email once your account is activated. It may take up to 2 business days for your membership submission to be reviewed/approved.

• You must purchase a membership first (with only a membership in your cart when you checkout), then activate your account and login to access member pricing. You will not get member pricing on your first order if you add items to your cart with a membership. MEMBERS MUST BE LOGGED IN TO GET MEMBER DISCOUNTS.

Members can cancel anytime by clicking Manage Subscriptions in customer portal. Renewal reminder email will be sent 3 days prior to membership renewal.
